CAN ITEMS BE RETURNED?

No, items can not be returned. All products are final sale.

Physical Products - This is due to standard sanitary precautions. If an item is damaged or incorrect same day as arrival, please contact us the same day via email carecapco@gmail.com with pictures and the order number. Any day after will not be acceptable due to the possibility of the item being damaged on customer's own accord.

ARE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?

All shipping fees are nonrefundable.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

USPS Ground Advantage shipping is 2-5 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends). USPS Priority Mail shipping is 1-3 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends).

That does not include CareCapCo's processing time of 2-3 Business Days (excluding holidays and weekends).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number will be sent via email (to the listed email on the order) once the product has been packaged and shipped to the address indicated on the order receipt.
